Ideate Technical Support

Ideate Technical Support is available to all Standard and Premium contract holders.  Ideate customers that are on subscription for their Autodesk products receive free Standard contracts.

  2. Our Premium Support customers may phone in to Technical Support during business hours 8:30-5:30 Pacific Coast Time at 888-662-7238.

Autodesk Support – Subscription Center

If you are an Autodesk Subscription Customer you can use the web-based support included in your Autodesk contract by logging into Subscription Center.  Log into the Autodesk Subscription Center.
