Summary of Resposibilities:
Ideate, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative for its AEC Division who can manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close of sale, including: Prospecting, Qualifying, Development, Closing, and Relationship Management. This exciting position puts you on the leading edge of 3D and 2D CAD Software. 

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this position will be to facilitate the sale of software, training and technical support.

• Making outbound calls from various types of call lists
• Receiving and responding to incoming sales calls and other leads
• Creating estimates/proposals for customers
• Prospecting and profiling of new potential customers
• Providing prospects with product information and literature
• Helping with customer service for the AEC sales team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years selling product and service
• Proven track record of sales scoping and qualifying potential customers
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to influence customers and partners
• Ability to identify customer needs and new business opportunities
• Excellent listening skills
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Excellent phone skills
• Excellent written communication skills

Salary:
Base salary range will be between $36k and $48k a year depending on previous experience and track record, plus commissions that are paid on a monthly basis with no cap.
