Requirements:

• Education in Revit MEP + AutoCAD MEP desirable.
• Good technical communication skills - both written and verbal.
• A solution-based approach to solving customer requirements.
• Outstanding problem solving skills with a “get it done” attitude and strong self-motivational attributes.
• The aptitude and patience to provide over-the-phone technical support.
• High standards for yourself, Ideate products, and Ideate services.
• The desire to learn and thrive in a team atmosphere.
• Minimum of a three-month commitment

Responsibilities:

• Processes all incoming (via web, email, and phone) support issues.  Ensuring that data entry into customer relation management software (CRM) is as detailed as possible so that it may be quickly addressed by technical staff as required.
• Resolves MEP (AutoCAD MEP or Revit MEP) support calls either directly or indirectly (via Knowledge Base).
• Being available to answer the phones for either a morning and/or afternoon shift at least three days per week.  The morning shift is from 8:30-12:00 while the afternoon shift is from 1:00-5:30 PST.
• Be willing to teach Revit MEP Fundamentals.

Compensation:

• $15/hour
• (1) free Ideate class after 45 days
