Subscription Customers. The new subscription aware feature found in many of the 2006 line of products gives users direct access to the E-Learning sessions and Autodesk web support.
When a user selects a subscription menu item in the product Help menu, basic information, including the product name, release version, and serial number, is sent through a secure connection to Autodesk subscription servers to determine subscription status. If that product is covered on an active subscription contract, the customer is given the opportunity to create a Subscription Center profile and directly access e-Learning and Web Support.
