Revit-based Software - Service Issue
We have discovered service issues that affect Autodesk® Revit® Building 9, Autodesk® AutoCAD® Revit® Series—Building 9, Autodesk® Revit® Structure 3, and Autodesk® AutoCAD® Revit® Series—Structure 3 software products. A conflict within Revit-based files utilizing Links has been found to impact overall application performance. In addition, an issue within cascading network licensing for the AutoCAD Revit Series products was discovered when only the Revit-based product was installed from the Series bundle -- a condition found to prevent license access.
To correct these service issues new builds containing corrections for each software product have been created and are available for download.

Download New Build:
Revit Building: download
Revit Series - Building: download
Revit Structure: download
Revit Series - Structure: download

Select Data & Downloads from the menu on the left, set the language drop-down list to English, and then follow the instructions. For Revit Structure and Revit Series - Structure, select Autodesk Revit Structure after selecting Data & Downloads and then select Product Download.

Autodesk Customers Stay in the Loop with Customer Error Reporting (CER)
Autodesk software products are known for their high quality, but even the best software can contain minor defects. Autodesk's Customer Error Reporting (CER) makes it easy for customers to send the details of software errors to Autodesk Developers, who work to locate, prioritize, and help resolve software problems. For the first time, Autodesk will be able to automatically notify customers with Autodesk® 2007-based products when their software errors are fixed and included in a maintenance release of the product.

To learn more about CER, go to http://www.autodesk.com/cer.
