Autodesk Civil 3D: Tip: You can also use this setting farther down the hierarchy of the Settings tab. For each Object in the list you can right-click, choose "Edit Feature Settings" and make the same change to the General property as noted above. Further, this also works for the Commands item located under some of the objects in the Settings tree - right-click on a specific command sub-item and choose "Edit Command Settings..." Increasing Tessellation of Curves from Exploded Autodesk Civil 3D Objects 1. Enter PEDIT on the command line. Autodesk Civil 3D: Projecting a 2D Line or Polyline onto a Surface 1. Click Grading menu > Create Feature Lines from Objects. Select the polyline and configure the settings as desired. Autodesk Map 3D: Fatal Error When Trying to Start Program Issue: Autodesk Map 3D: Slow Performance When Working with ArcSDE Data Issue: Click Start menu (Windows)>Run. In the Windows registry editor, browse to the following location: Double-click the ShareConnections key and set its value to 1. This limits the number of connections opened between Autodesk Map 3D and ArcSDE by FDO to one. The default value of 0 allows multiple connections to be opened. Warning! Problems caused by improperly editing the Windows registry could render your computer operating system unusable. Microsoft provides a wealth of critical information that you need to know about the registry in the Microsoft Knowledge Base. Use the Microsoft Registry Editor only at your own risk and only after backing up the registry as well as the system.dat and user.dat files as outlined for your operating system in the Microsoft Knowledge Base and in the related Autodesk solution. Additional information about the registry is also contained in the Help topics in the Microsoft Registry Editor. |
