    Access our help desk online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This avenue of support allows you to submit and monitor the status of your requests online as well as receive timely answers from Ideate technicians.
  • Telephone support
    Access one of our technicians via telephone during normal business hours for any support issue that you are having. (888) 662-7238
  • Flex-time support
    Throughout the year have access to an Ideate consultant for a specified amount of hours to come onsite and troubleshoot errors or provide over-the-shoulder training.
