Access our help desk online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This avenue of support allows you to submit and monitor the status of your requests online as well as receive timely answers from Ideate technicians.

Telephone support
Access one of our technicians via telephone during normal business hours for any support issue that you are having. If you have already purchased a support contract from Ideate, you may also obtain technical support via email at support@ideateinc.com or by telephone at 888.662.7238. Ideate on Demand
