Ideate Technical Support is available to all Standard and Premium contract holders. Ideate customers that are on subscription for their Autodesk products receive free Standard contracts.

Autodesk Support – Subscription Center
If you are an Autodesk Subscription Customer you can use the web-based support included in your Autodesk contract by logging into Subscription Center. Log into the Autodesk Subscription Center.
